These Terms govern your access to vcs1v1.com and related features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts
You are responsible for information provided through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. Information you provide must be accurate where accuracy is required to operate the Service, process payments, or respond to account requests. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Virtual items and paid features
The Service may offer credits, gifts, VIP options, or other digital features. Virtual items are a limited, revocable right to use digital functionality within the Service; they are not cash, stored value, or property and cannot be redeemed for money unless applicable law requires otherwise. Available items and final prices are shown before purchase confirmation.
Payments and refunds
By confirming a purchase, you authorize the displayed charge through the selected payment method, including any taxes or fees shown at checkout. Review the checkout screen before confirming, including whether it identifies a charge as one-time or recurring. Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund Policy and may also be affected by mandatory consumer rights.
Prohibited conduct
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not use the Service for unlawful activity; harassment, exploitation, hate, fraud, impersonation, or scams; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual sexual content; unauthorized recording or distribution; attempts to bypass security or access controls; malware, spam, scraping, or interference with the Service; or infringement of another person’s rights.
Suspension and service changes
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary to address suspected violations, protect users or the Service, comply with legal obligations, respond to security or operational risks, or discontinue a feature. The Service may change, become unavailable, or be interrupted. Where appropriate, you may contact support to ask about an account decision.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as provided. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, display, and transmit it for operation of the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy. You must have the necessary rights and consent for anything you submit.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that every match will be suitable, that users will be who they claim to be, or that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VCS1v1 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the Service or interactions with other users. Liability is not limited where doing so would be unlawful, including for rights or responsibilities that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws determined under relevant conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections and any rights to bring a claim in a legally required forum remain unaffected. Nothing here creates an exclusive jurisdiction where the law does not permit one.
