You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher, to use VCS1v1. Minors may not create accounts, appear on camera, or participate through another person’s account. If someone appears to be underage, end the session and report the account.
Nudity and sexual content require consent
Do not expose another person to nudity or sexual behavior without their clear consent. Sexual coercion, threats, exploitation, and sharing intimate content without the depicted person’s consent are prohibited. Any sexual content involving a minor is prohibited.
No harassment or hate
Do not threaten, stalk, intimidate, bully, or repeatedly target another user. Hateful attacks or demeaning content based on protected characteristics are not allowed. Respect another person’s decision to skip, leave, or refuse a request.
No scams, fraud, or impersonation
Do not deceive users for money, credentials, gift cards, cryptocurrency, personal information, or off-platform payments. Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your authority, or use a false identity to manipulate or harm someone.
No non-consensual recording or distribution
Do not record, screenshot, stream, publish, sell, or distribute another person’s video, audio, image, or personal information without their consent. Consent to a live conversation does not by itself mean consent to capture or redistribute it.
No illegal goods or services
Do not use VCS1v1 to offer, request, promote, or arrange illegal goods or services. Malware, credential theft, extortion, trafficking, and instructions intended to facilitate illegal harm are also prohibited.
Reporting, enforcement, and appeals
Use skip and report when conduct violates these Guidelines. Depending on the circumstances, violations may result in feature restrictions, content removal, a warning, suspension, or account termination. Serious or repeated violations may lead to stronger action.

Include the account email, the decision you are appealing, and a concise explanation. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement. See the Safety Center for practical safety guidance.
