How to Report Inappropriate Behavior
Use in-app report tools and email when something crosses the line.
During a session
Use the report control in the call UI if available. Skip immediately if you feel unsafe.
Choose the category that best matches what you saw (minor, nudity policy violation, harassment, scam, etc.).
After the call
Email [email protected] with UTC time, what happened, and any username shown. Do not attach intimate images unless support explicitly requests evidence per policy.
Include the approximate UTC time and any on-screen username so the report can be connected to the relevant interaction. Response times vary by request type and volume.
Emergencies
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
We may preserve account-related data as described in the Privacy Policy when investigating abuse.
